Dr. Elbert Marion Belk
With a 24 year Family & Emergency Medicine background, Dr. Belk completed a one year Fellowship in Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery for underserved populations at UTSA Health Science Center under Dr. Richard Usatine.
Dr. Belk’s interests range from maintaining a Self Sufficient Lifestyle to Traveling and Physical Training.
Dr. Belk holds a black belt in Krav Maga and has practiced medicine in 6 different countries.
His career highlights include:
Teaching Emergency Medicine for Queensland Health in Australia to achieving partnership in the second largest Emergency Medicine Group in the United States.
Upon retiring from Emergency Medicine. Dr. Belk sought a way to continue using his skills and talents to alleviate suffering and fill an unmet need, which prompted him to complete the fellowship in Dermatology.
In addition Dr. Belk holds several publications, is certified in Age Management Medicine and has discovered and described two new species of Crayfishes in the Southeastern United States.

I specialize in both medical and cosmetic dermatology—whether it’s treating chronic skin conditions, performing skin cancer surveillance, or helping you achieve a refreshed, natural look with wrinkle relaxers and dermal fillers, my goal is to empower you with personalized care, clinical expertise, and the confidence to love the skin you’re in!!

I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in Internal Medicine, Clinical Research and Dermatology. Before becoming an NP, I've worked as a Registered Nurse in Med-Surg/Oncology, Rehabilitation, and as a School Nurse. I've earned Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2012 and Master of Science in Nursing in 2023, both from Texas A&M International University. Passionate about helping patients feel confident in their skin,
I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each person's unique needs. When I am not caring for patients, I enjoy spending time with my family, walking my dogs, exercising, cleaning, and relaxing with a good documentary.
